Progress Capital Management is in the business of lending funds to our clients secured by real estate at high yielding rates on a short term basis (typically 24 months or less). Interest is paid monthly. Since January 2004, we have raised approximately $20 million and returned a 15% (annualized) coupon on the first of each month for every dollar outstanding.

Progress Capital Management, LLC has also been approved by Pensco Trust Company for investment through an IRA account. Pensco is a chartered trust company and custodian of retirement plans headquartered in California. Pensco's custodial services are designed to support the individual, who (with or without a broker/advisor) wants the flexibility to direct and diversify his/her holdings beyond publicly available choices. Pensco permits clients to invest in all IRS permitted investment types. The range of permitted investments is quite broad and includes mutual funds, stocks, bonds, certificates of deposit, private placements, notes, mortgages, real estate, partnerships, etc.
