Originally formed in 1990 as Allied Asset Management and Allied Commercial Capital, the companies were acquired by Progress Financial Corporation in 1997. In 2004, Progress Financial was acquired by Fleet Bank and, subsequently, Bank of America. During these mergers, the first company started was successfully re-acquired. Today, Kathy Anderson is the sole owner of Progress Realty Advisors, LLC.
